Montrose Environmental Group Buys Arvada-based Two Dot Consulting

Montrose Environmental Group, a rapidly expanding global environmental solutions corporation, announced the acquisition of Two Dot Consulting, LLC, an environmental consultancy noted for its regulatory services within the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. Two Dot, headquartered in Jeffco, primarily serves these sectors within the Rocky Mountain and nearby regions.

The integration of Two Dot Consulting will enrich Montrose’s Consulting and Engineering division. Founder and CEO of Two Dot, Todd Spivey, together with his senior leadership team, will be a part of this division, which operates under Montrose’s Remediation and Reuse segment. However, specific details of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded and headquartered in Arvada, Colorado, with an additional office in Wyoming, Two Dot Consulting offers a wide range of vital environmental services. These services aid regulatory and planning requirements for renewable energy industries, and the oil and gas sectors. The team is comprised of a diverse group of professionals, including but not limited to wildlife biologists, botanists, ornithologists, wetland scientists, and environmental health and safety specialists. Two Dot’s work extends across the Rocky Mountain states and into areas such as Nebraska, Nevada, Texas, and New Mexico.

During the acquisition, Two Dot Consulting received financial advisory services from FMI Capital Advisors while legal advisory services were provided by Holland & Hart LLP.
