Golden, with 2 homes sold, leads the pack with an average sale price of $1,185,000. Not far behind is Wheat Ridge, where the average sale price for its 2 home sales is $677,500.
In Westminster, 4 homes were sold with an average sale price of $650,725. Littleton trails closely behind Westminster in average sales with 21 homes sold averaging $650,095 each.
Out of 6 homes sold in Lakewood, the average sale price was $613,761. Arvada, meanwhile, saw 16 home sales averaging at $565,544 each.
