Martin/Martin Clinches Multiple Wins at ENR’s 2020 Awards

Martin/Martin, the leading US civil and structural engineering company, clinched multiple victories at Engineering News Record’s (ENR) 2020 Best Project Awards. Announced on 17th December 2020, these awards, divided into several categories, honor exceptional project execution, innovative technologies, sustainability, and excellent safety performance within the construction industry.

The Palisade Plunge Trail, Colorado, a project spearheaded by Martin/Martin, won the award for Best Landscape/Urban Development Project. The trail, stretching 32 miles, connects the Grand Mesa to the Town of Palisade and is known to be one of the longest downhill, single-track routes in the country. The project also received an Excellence in Safety Award of Merit. It demonstrated a strong culture of safety that was developed and implemented to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Additionally, Martin/Martin’s 16 Chestnut project, located in Denver, won in the Office/Retail/Mixed-Use category. The 19-story office and retail building, standing near the Millennium Bridge in the vibrant Union Station neighbourhood, is a commercial real estate marvel.
